Your Inner Critic is not the enemy. She is a misguided protector. This exercise gives her a name, a face, and a new job description that does not involve running your life.

The beliefs holding the mask on are not facts. This worksheet helps you see each one clearly, trace where it came from, and replace it with a more accurate, adult-sourced truth.

You do not remove the Performer Mask all at once. You take it off in increments. This worksheet helps you identify your first specific, real act of unmasking this week — and what to do with what happens next.

Is this a self-help workbook or a coaching product?

It is a coaching-informed self-guided workbook. It is written from the same framework as the Worthy Woman Protocol — the same language, the same exercises, the same underlying approach. It is not a general self-help resource. It is a specific starting point for a specific kind of work.

How long will it take to complete?
 

The guide takes about 20 minutes to read. Each worksheet takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on how deeply you go. You can work through the whole thing in an afternoon or come back to each worksheet over a week. There is no deadline and no one keeping score.

Is this a replacement for therapy?
 

No. This is a coaching and self-reflection tool. It is not a substitute for clinical mental health care. If you are in therapy, this work can complement it — many women find that the Protocol and therapeutic work reinforce each other. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional.

Can I get a refund?

Possibly some of it. But the Performer Mask Workbook is not about new concepts. It is about direct application.
